Rev Up Your Gifting This Father’s Day

Rev Up Your Gifting This Father’s Day

With Father’s Day fast approaching, and Dad’s being notoriously difficult to buy for, it’s that time of the year again where we could all do with a little inspiration in the gifting stakes. So, being the generous bunch that we are, we’ve pulled together the ultimate gift idea that will put you in pole position this Father’s Day!

Like us, you may have noticed that your Dad’s car is more danger zone than dream machine these days; but, whilst the budget might not quite stretch to that new set of wheels, it’s still possible to make his dreams come true this Father’s Day by offering him the next best thing (and all at a fraction of the price)!

Courtesy of our super-charged range of car care essentials, we have put together a car care kit which is sure to make your Dad’s prized possession gleam with that good, old Great British sparkle!

What’s more, with the range comprising of specially formulated products which promise to offer that professional finish, your Dad is only one step away from becoming the envy of all the neighbours.

So, make your Dad’s day extra special this year by choosing our Crystal Clear Wash & Wax, Wheel Cleaner, Spray ‘n’ Shine, Anti-Fog Glass Cleaner, Tar & Insect Remover, Vinyl Trim & Dashboard Cleaner, Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner, Black shine restorer, Wheel Cleaner, leather cleaner and Engine Degreaser (Adults only for this one).

In our experience, there’s nothing Dad’s appreciate more than seeing us roll up our sleeves and get down to a little hard graft; so, to prove that you aren’t all ‘torque’ (and to ensure that you qualify as your Dad’s number 1 this Father’s Day) go that extra mile and give Dad the day off, dust off the old bucket and sponge – and whip his car into shape using a little elbow grease of your own!

To help make your job that little bit easier, we’ve also provided some top tips on how to achieve the ultimate finish on your Dad’s wheels.

  1. Do it Yourself

Whilst we can totally understand the temptation to take your Dad’s car for a quick once over at the local car wash, it’s more fun to do it yourself. So, go on grab that bucket and sponge and give the old man’s wheels a deep clean. He’ll enjoy nothing more than watching you work whilst he puts his feet up on his special day.

  1. Always read the label

Ok, ok…boring we know, but an incorrectly applied product can result in a very costly mistake and, more importantly, the perfect ammunition for your Dad’s new favourite (embarrassing) party speech – don’t say you haven’t been warned!

  1. Prepare, prepare, prepare

Nobody (especially your Dad) wants any unexpected surprises, so make sure you give the car washing equipment a good clean before you start. A spillage of paint stripper cleaned up with the sponge that you’re about to use to wash your Dad’s motor is a sure-fire route to disaster!

Of course, if all of the above fails, you could still opt for the usual culprits – a multipack of socks, that billionth pair of boxers and obligatory personalised cup!

We all know which we’d prefer! Happy cleaning!
